All students participate in personal fitness three days a week. The focus in this class is core strength and various Martial Arts philosophies and practices. Students participate in yoga, stretching, nutrition instruction and anatomy and physiology. They are required to show self control in all aspects of this class. Students are given leadership opportunities and are challenged to reach their maximum potential.
This class participates in Fitness Fridays weekly and the Jump Rope for Heart Jump-a-thon annually.
