二、团队研究方向与研究内容

本团队专注于硒生物科学与工程的前沿研究,旨在阐明植物与微生物对硒的吸收、转运、代谢及其生理功能的分子机制及富硒产品开发。我们以超聚硒壶瓶碎米荠、重要粮食作物水稻模式植物拟南芥以及微生物庆生红球菌等为关键研究系统,构建从基础到应用的完整研究体系。研究深度融合分子生物学与多组学技术,主要围绕以下几个核心科学问题展开:

1、硒代谢网络构建及富硒产品开发:系统解析植物体内(亚)硒酸盐同化、硒代化合物合成与转化通路,构建植物体内硒的代谢网络;解析微生物硒代谢的生理生化机制,系统阐明硒的吸收、转运、同化关键酶系及其调控网络,并驱动天然产物的开发。通过分离、鉴定这些天然产物,并评估其生物活性与营养功能,旨在为开发新型富硒功能食品、营养补充剂及生物源硒肥提供坚实的理论支撑、核心菌种与关键技术,推动硒生物技术在农业与健康领域的应用。

2、植物硒积累的生理生化机制:挖掘植物中调控硒积累的关键基因解析植物硒积累的分子机理,构建植物硒积累的分子调控网络;深入研究硒如何增强植物对干旱、盐碱、重金属等逆境胁迫的耐受性,解析硒与非生物胁迫、植物激素Crosstalk的分子机理。

本团队研究成果将为作物硒营养改良提供关键基因及有益微生物资源,同时开发富硒天然产物,为功能农业与健康产业提供了理论支撑与技术路径。
